Account Support Representative

At EDCO, we work every day to successfully sell our products to customers all over the world. To further strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for an Account Support Representative for the Scandinavian market. In this role, you will be the indispensable link between our customers, account managers, and internal departments. What will you do?

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for supporting the entire sales process for the Scandinavian Region. You will be in daily contact with colleagues from Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics. In your role, the focus is on the administrative handling of the sales and order process. As a team, you contribute to achieving even greater sales success for our products.

Some of your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Reviewing orders for completeness and identifying discrepancies;

• Coordinating orders with the Sales team;

• Passing on sales leads to the Sales department;

• Ensuring accurate administrative processing of orders in the systems;

• Following up on outstanding orders;

• Handling ad hoc tasks for sales representatives and customers, such as providing product information or checking stock availability.

Who are you?

For this position, we are looking for someone with a professional and proactive attitude. You are decisive, take initiative, and have a strong sense of responsibility. In addition:

• You have an MBO+ level of working and thinking (higher vocational level);

• You are well-organized and a strong team player;

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is a must. Do you also speak a Scandinavian language or Dutch? That’s a big plus!

• You have a commercial mindset and a strong customer focus. You are decisive and solution-oriented.
