Coördinator Logistics

In this role, you are support the Team leader as a working supervisor and you are the first point of contact on the floor. You actively participate in daily operations and, together with the team, ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently.

In addition, you are responsible for activities related to returns, including administrative processing, and you manage and monitor inventory control. You work both on the shop floor and in the office. With your coaching and decisive attitude, you contribute to a safe working environment and to achieving the department’s objectives.

What will you do?

• Coordinating and participating in daily operational activities;

• Supervising and coaching colleagues on the shop floor;

• Processing returns and the related administration;

• Ensuring proper inventory management and stock control;

• Reporting to the (Assistant) Team Leader.

In our logistics environment in Eindhoven, we work in two shifts. You are willing to work these shifts.

Who are we looking for?

You already have experience as an all-round logistics employee. You understand how the logistics process works and enjoy taking a leading role on the floor. In addition, you are:

• Proficient in both Dutch and English (preferred);

• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility;

• Flexible, decisive, and strong in communication;

• Administratively skilled and proactive.
