Quality Control Employee Inbound

Your responsibilities:

As the first point of contact in our inbound process, you ensure that everything runs smoothly from the moment a container arrives at the dock. Your tasks include:

• Verifying container details – Checking if the correct container has arrived;

• Inspecting shipments – Measuring weight, length, and width of items and ensuring all goods are accounted for;

• Reporting discrepancies – Communicating any issues to your coordinator and making necessary adjustments with supervisor approval;

• Stacking pallets – Ensuring efficient storage and organization;

• Handling pallets – Checking full pallets, transporting them using an EPT, and sealing them properly;

• Team motivation – Keeping your colleagues engaged and ensuring smooth teamwork.

What we ask for:

• Detail-Oriented – Ensure every pallet is inspected and labeled before entering the warehouse;

• Strong Communicator – Clearly convey information;

• Logistics Experience – Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred;

• Fluent in English – Dutch and Polish are a plus;

• EPT Certified – Or willing to obtain certification.

We offer:

• Depending on your experience and education, you will receive a salary of at least: € 2.600,- gross per month;

• You will receive a 7- month contract direct at EDCO at the start;

• You will receive 25 holidays a year, with the possibility of earning an additional 4 days!;

• Work clothing provided;

• Opportunities to follow training and courses via the EDCO Academy during working hours
