Key Account Support (temporary position)

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the Key Account Sales team and be jointly responsible for customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets in Central Eastern Europe. Please note, we are currently looking for someone on a temporary basis.

What will you do?

• As the first point of contact, you will engage with customers (Discounters, Foodretailers, and DIY);

• You will inform customers about our product range, stock levels, prices, and delivery times;

• Ensuring that all customer data is accurately and promptly recorded in the system is essential. You will also support the sales team in preparing offers and assist at international trade fairs;

• All administrative tasks within the department, such as the correct and timely processing of customer-specific product listings and promotional material requests, will be handled by you.

• You will send order confirmations and monitor customer orders regarding delivery times and specific customer requirements in coordination with our planning department;

• Proper handling of complaints will be your responsibility, working with the sales team to prevent future issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

• A completed degree in business administration or a commercial background;

• You are results-oriented, customer-focused, and work precisely with attention to detail;

• A team player but also someone who can work independently, is well-organized, and shows initiative;

• You have excellent English communication skills, Polish is a plus;

• You have experience working with Office programs (Word, Excel) and ideally with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
