Functieomschrijving
At Speyzer, we are on the brink of a large-scale IT transformation. Our ambitious IT strategy will, in the coming years, lead to a complete renewal and harmonization of our IT landscape. Think of new business applications such as WMS, ERP, and e-commerce platforms being rolled out across all our entities. This requires smart, decisive professionals who are ready to take on the challenge and that’s where you come in.
Main responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you are the bridge between business and IT. You play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes and delivering concrete improvements in our systems and workflows. You know what’s happening on the work floor, translate needs into workable IT solutions, and thereby contribute to our digital ambitions.
You will work with various stakeholders, such as the application support team and the solution architect. Together, you identify bottlenecks, conduct impact analyses, and ensure lasting improvements.
You propose concrete ideas for process optimization and work closely with the business;
You create process overviews and identify risks and bottlenecks that form the basis for real change;
You analyze processes, data, and KPIs to identify needs for change and improvement such as streamlining workflows, removing unnecessary steps, or reducing complexity;
You gather and document IT needs within the company, and create user stories for both functional and non-functional requirements;
You are responsible for setting up and maintaining documentation for all systems and services within our application landscape.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en onderhouden van documentatie van alle systemen en services binnen ons applicatielandschap.
