From our headquarters near Eindhoven Airport (The Netherlands) and distribution centers in Helmond, Deurne, and Eindhoven, we serve customers in 56 countries worldwide. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are strengthening our Sales Team.

As Key account manager Balkan, you are responsible for developing and managing EDCO’s commercial activities in Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, and Greece. You play a key role in expanding our presence in the Balkan retail landscape by combining new business development (60%) with relationship management (40%). You work closely with retail partners and build long-term, strategic relationships at both mid-management and senior decision-making levels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow EDCO’s retail business in Greece, Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania ;
Build and maintain a strong network within the retail landscape (food and non-food) in the Balkan region;
40% relationship management, strengthening partnerships with existing clients. 60% new business development, acquiring new retail customers and expanding market presence;
Initiate and manage customer-specific promotions and commercial proposals;
Project-based sales of displays, planograms, and private label solutions;
Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations in close cooperation with internal teams;
Analyze historical sales data to optimize and personalize product assortments for customers;
Collaborate intensively with marketing, purchasing, and supply chain departments;
Represent EDCO at international trade fairs and during tender processes.
Who Are We Looking For?
Approximately 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably within retail or wholesale;
Proven knowledge, experience, and an established network in the retail landscape;
Experience working with international customers and complex sales processes;
Strong commercial mindset combined with analytical skills;
A persuasive relationship builder with strong communication skills;
Fluent in English, both spoken and written (local languages are a plus);
Willingness to travel within the Balkan region and Netherlands.
