What will you do?
As a Key Account Coordinator for the Scandinavian market, you play a central linking role between the sales department and the customer. You act as the main point of contact for your clients, and thanks in part to your efforts, processes run smoothly.
The focus is on teamwork and proactive action, and you make an important contribution to maximizing and optimizing customer satisfaction. All in all, it is a highly dynamic and varied role.
Your primary responsibility is the full operational and administrative handling of the order-to-cash process for a designated number of (inter)national key and special accounts.
Concretely, your responsibilities include:
Initiating, coordinating, and monitoring the entire order-to-cash process, and ensuring compliance with agreed service levels;
Acting as a dedicated point of contact for the assigned special accounts;
Passing on sales leads to the Sales department;
Maintaining knowledge of the customer’s product portfolio, identifying developments and trends, and responding accordingly;
Ensuring processes run optimally through your efforts;
Informing clients about products;
Processing orders and monitoring the progress of the process.

Who are you?
For this role, we are looking for someone with a professional and proactive attitude. You are decisive, take initiative, and assume responsibility.
In addition, you have:
A bachelor’s level of working and thinking (HBO level);
A minimum of three years of demonstrable experience within a Customer Service department, preferably in international organizations;
A good command of English, both written and spoken. Do you also speak Dutch or a Scandinavian language? That’s a strong plus;
Solid knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems;
A commercial mindset and strong customer focus;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
The ability to stay in control during busy periods and handle unexpected situations effectively.
