Your Role:

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in different regions.
• Manage the global marketing budget.

Brand and Licensing Management

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns that reflect our brand identity and values.

Campaign/Go-to-Market Management

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and social media.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.

Team Leadership

• Lead and guide a diverse marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Work with regional sales managers to ensure local trade shopper marketing aligns with the global strategy.

Partnerships and Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to market growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Data-Driven Decisions

• Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices into our marketing strategy.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and manage potential risks associated with marketing initiatives.

Functie-eisen

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
