Intro

For the coming years, a very ambitious IT strategy has been defined. This strategy will lead to a fundamental transformation of our IT landscape and lead to harmonization within the group.
The main business applications (systems like WMS, ERP, E-Com platform) will be renewed and rolled-out to all entities. This is a huge challenge, and we will need the best people with us to support this transition.

We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on thinking creatively and loves a challenge. Over the next few years, we have an ambitious IT transformation planned, and we need someone who can help us keep our business-critical applications running smoothly while we roll out our new system landscape.

You’ll be working with applications that are already active within the organization, we need someone with a knack for spotting issues before they become problems. If you love finding innovative ways to improve systems, think out of the box, and work closely with our team of analysts and architects, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do:

Monitor and maintain the smooth operation of our applications;
Be the first to spot issues and resolve them—or know exactly who to call;
Work on technical descriptions, implementation, and documentation for system transitions;
Collaborate with teams to enhance our application landscape and suggest creative improvements;
As already mentioned, above our transition is a big one and therefore we will need to also document the changes that we have within our landscape.

Functie-eisen

What we’re looking for:

A "can-do" attitude and the ability to think beyond the obvious;
2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
Ability to adapt in a global business that runs 24/7;
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch;
Ability to translate a business requirement into a technical description.
